Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time consultant?Great question! Initially, it's important to note that the yearly expense for employing a full-time consultant at a senior level now surpasses $100,000, in addition to benefits. Moreover, there might not be a consistent amount of work to fully engage them, leading to a scenario where you're paying for time that isn't being effectively used. However, with a monthly subscription plan, you have the flexibility to pause and reactivate your service as required. This approach guarantees that you're only compensating your consultants when there's actual work for them to do.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

What if I only have a single request?That works too. You have the option to suspend your subscription once your current needs are met and then resume it when you have more consulting requirements. This way, there's no reason to let any unused portion of your subscription be wasted.

What is your refund policy?Due to the nature of our consulting services, we do not offer refunds on plans that have already started a cycle. But you may pause your plan at any time or cancel your plan starting on the next billing cycle.

How are in-person meetings and global travel arranged?In-person meetings and global travel are exclusive services offered in our Platinum and Diamond plans. We coordinate with you to schedule these meetings at a time and place that is convenient for you. Travel expenses are typically covered by the client, but we strive to find the most cost-effective and efficient travel solutions.
